All Bastanis products ship directly from Lörzweiler, Germany or from the foreign distributors.
Contact us first for all returns, most products will return to us but there are some exceptions.

Purchase Policies
Kits cannot be returned for a refund. This is for your protection so you are assured of getting a brand new, unused kit that has not been misused by someone else. Defective parts will be replaced by us or the foreign distributor provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase and confirmed defective and not abused or mis-used. There is a ten years- warranty on all Bastanis products. Products of other manufacturers which are part of the Bastanis speaker- kits are excluded from warranty by Bastanis. Please contact the manufacturer for return of these items.
