Can I have a Bastanis catalogue?

 We are sorry, since our product assortment is regularly updated and extended, we present our products exclusively in the Internet.  

Delivery
How long are the delivery times?

 Usually your order will be dispatched within 8 working-days. Delivery of orders with more than one item depend on all items availability. If there should be any delivery delay we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Express shipping is possible only after telephone consultation. We reserve our right for partial deliveries.  

Minimum order value
Is there a minimum purchase order?

 No, only with a value of goods less than 60€ you might carry return costs.

Method of payment
Which payment options do you offer??		 We accept payment by bank wire transfer or credit card in advance only – you will receive an order confirmation with the total amount. Please transfer the amount to the indicated account. After receipt of your payment we will dispatch immediately.

How does Bastanis treat my personal data?		 No personal informations will be passed down to any 3rd party that isn`t involved in the ordering process.  
Returns
Who takes over expenses if articles are sent back?		 First you will have to. We will refund the costs to you after receipt of goods. Admission proof is incumbent on the sender. With a value of goods less than 60 € you might carry return costs yourself. Please contact us before returning the items. Call +49 178-7117925 or send us an e-mail.  
Can I return items if not satisfied?

Simply send them back to us within 14 days. Please consider the exceptions in our conditions of use. Please attach a copy of the invoice if you send back the items.

What are the Bastanis shipping terms?		 Shipping within Germany is 10 €. Starting from 100 € purchase value we dispatch free of postage within the EU.  
Warranty
How long does Bastanis offer warranty on an acquired product?
  • Electronics
    We offer 24 months warranty on the function of the electronic construction units in kits, but no warranty on the function of the equipment, since the function of the equipment is dependent on error free assembly.
  • Speakers and cables
    We offer 10 years warranty on loudspeakers and cables. For all electronic parts in loudspeaker kits the guarantee period for electronics is valid. On loudspeaker cabinets we offer 24 months warranty.
